This third in a series of three workshops addresses the criticality of Leadership in Supply Managment.  It lays a foundation for success in the areas of knowledge related to Leadership in Supply Management as outlined in the thirty-two tasks of Exam 3. Topics of discussion include Leadership, Risk and Compliance, and Strategic Sourcing.  Participants in this workshop will benefit from an enhanced understanding of key areas of activity and focus related to Leadership in Supply Managment..
